Saturday we decided it would be fun to take Kayli and Katherine to the lake to go fishing. Grandma and Grandpa invited us to go with them so we drove to the lake and went fishing with them in their boat. Kayli and Katherine both had so much fun! Kayli liked it when Grandpa drove fast because she liked playing in the water that sprayed her in the face.
Katherine kept trying to drink the water, we kept telling her yucky. She didn't agree. She also liked the crappie nibbles. They are these really tiny balls of flourescent nastiness that fish like to eat. They smell horrible and I can't imagine how awful they must taste; however, Kat ate them like candy proclaiming yum the whole time. I think Grandpa was getting a little frustrated by his nibbles disappearing so we tried to hide them from her. Funny thing is she also liked the worms and was willing to touch some of the fish. Kayli was not to say the least.

Grandma was a BIG help to Kayli in that department!
Katherine loved spending the day with Grandma! We all did!
