Not to mention it wouldn't be hard to beat the first considering we all got dressed for church and then realized the car wouldn't start* and we were all stuck at home. No church. No swimming at Grandma's house. No Grandma's lasagna for lunch. No chocolate chip cookies. Sad face x 9

*facepalm
FYI twins excited about going to church {cuz they have toys!*} Yup, we're real spiritual round here! and the older kids excited about going to Grandma's house after church ending up being stuck at home all day = not much fun at all! On the plus side I got some cute pics of some of the kids since they were all dressed up with no where to go.
*I know I know, I need to get these poor kids some toys that interest boys. Then maybe there will be no more Barbie decapitations.... ha! who am I kidding!?!
Daddy was a superhero though and spent all day charging batteries and fixed the car like a pro. Good thing because we have a bazillion dentist appointments this week. All seven! We've gotten through two so far. I wish I could buy a fancy dentist tooth shiner thing. They look fun. And then I could do this at home. Just seems it would be a lot simpler that way!
A few things about the highlight of today {the poo} since it was HIL.AR.IOUS. and if I get the opportunity I want to bring this up at his graduation, wedding, and every important milestone in this child's life forever. {It's not just poo. It is his first and biggest accomplishment in life!} When he was all done he ran to get me and showed me proudly. He then reminded me where the poo toys are while I was going to get his clean clothes. (Yes I resorted to bribery and it FINALLY worked!) "Don't forget the poop toys are in the top of the closet," he yelled. Then, when calling Daddy didn't work we made a short video to show him later, {future blackmail LOL don't ever accuse me of not planning ahead!} we called Grandma and he made sure to let her know it was 'black.' Very important details can't be left out ya know. If I can get the Mr. to blur out his face I just may share it, its so stinking cute!
Ya'll I am so stinking happy about this, I just hope it sticks. Just yesterday Mr. told me, "just two weeks. I bet it will take two weeks and we'll look back and think, we did it. They use the potty now." I thought he was insane it would take longer and two weeks was completely unattainable. I was weary and defeated by this. Today though, we can conquer the world!!!! Or at least the toilet training sector.
In other news, the twins got to play t-ball tonight. They were so stinking funny. It was their first time so they ran the wrong way, the wrong direction, and everything in between. One couldn't keep his pants up (the adjustable waistband had gotten pulled out of his pants at the dentist office and I hadn't gotten around to re-installing it) and he had to do a handstand on first base. The other would run after his ball after hitting it instead of running to first. They put on a good show thats for sure! I only took 206 photo's during the game... I wish I could share a few!
We installed new locks on every door that leads to outside that {FINALLY} have stumped our Houdini. As a result he opened a window and jumped out even though there was shrubbery that sliced him and a pretty long fall to boot. No wonder my Mother won't let us go to NY this year. I was completely offended that we weren't invited but I understand why she doesn't want the headache. LOL
Tomorrow I have three more sets of teeth that must be professionally cleaned and new sneakers to buy & a stop to get ice-cream/frozen yogurt just to take the edge off of a horribly busy, sure to be exhausting, day.... and I"m thinking about going all in and throwing in a trip to the splash park or perhaps even the public pool... why not? It's only summer for a few more short weeks!
And for those of you bored to death with the Mommy updates, don't worry, I've got some meatier posts coming... I'm even working on a confession post but I like them well prayed through since I put myself out there in such a vulnerable way. Pray for me as I
