Today I dragged five kids to the grocery store. We shopped for fresh produce, and all sorts of healthy ingredients to make nutritious meals here at home. We went up and down every aisle at least twice and loaded down our shopping cart. It was painful but we survived.
Then we went to eat at McDonald's.
